I definately hear where you're coming from, wearing multiple hats, trying to juggle everything! I was freelance for 3 years before I was tempted back into the world of the salary again by Aardman. I definately hear where you’re coming from, wearing multiple hats, trying to juggle everything! I was freelance for 3 years before I was tempted back into the world of the salary again by Aardman.

It just got a bit too much, having to manage everything and juggle my time, it felt like a neverending struggling with the great benefits of working for myself but not the financial rewards!
